I have an annoying habit of starting weekly features and then not following through. As Glenn Beck would say, "I am riddled with ADD." Tis true, y'all know all my shortcomings. I'm not a details gal.
I used to have a Linkapalooza with random posts that I liked. But I stopped because for every post I linked to, there were 50 that I loved also. The stress of leaving out great work was too much.
Then, in a moment of brilliance, so I thought, I started the "Twitter Linkapalooza". After the second week into it, I discovered Schmutzie's Five Star Friday. Some of you know I'm a wee bit touchy on the issue of copying people, so I just dumped the twitter linkapalooza. Schmutzie does it way better anyhoo.
So then there was a wasteland where my Linkapalooza once linked. What to do? I had to do some thinking.
Then it hit me! I'm kinda the Queen of Stumbleupon. I love discovering links to headlines, cool stuff and random oddities. Why not share it all with you and bring Linkapalooza out of hiding?

My husband and I Tivoed 24 because bed time for 2 of our kids is 8:30. That meant we got to fly through the commercials. I admit I forgot how intense this show is. Several times I had to get up and walk around while watching it because I couldn’t sit still.

What did you think of the show?
We watched it as a fam (minus the little ones– who were up but we made go out of the room for the whole thing at the beginning), and had a friend of my sister’s over. After it was done, she asked “when does it start again!?” It was her first time.
I still have never watched 24, or Lost, or any of the other big shows that everyone else watching. Of course having no cable now means I probably never will. LOL
Oh my goodness Fussy. You’re gonna hate me. But I. Can’t. Stand. 24. There, I said it. And it felt goooooood. Dang good. ;^P Seriously though, it’s mostly just because I only have two channels that come in and even they are pretty fuzzy. And well… I don’t like the emotional manipulation that comes with shows that make one day into a whole season. It’s painful on the nerves ya know? And my nerves are shot to h-e-double hockey sticks as it is. They don’t need any help. LOL
I watched! I’ve been annoying all my Facebook friends with my ‘24′ quote-of-the-day countdown LOL. Now that the prequel has come and gone I need another Jack fix. Don’t know if I can wait til January. I may have to break out Seasons 1-6 to review!
