Sweet Maddie Spohr is in Heaven today.
My heart is broken for Heather and Mike. Their only child, Madeline Alice Spohr, passed away last night.
Heather and Mike have asked that in lieu of flowers you contribute to the March of Dimes in memory of Madeline Alice Spohr.

I type these words while nursing Jeremiah, with tears falling on his blanket, and I am reminded how everyday is a gift. Shocked by the frailty of our earthly bodies, I grasp my young sons and am humbled and feel unworthy of the gifts I have been given.
